Zeeto the Bubbleman

Mike Zito (Zeeto) has had a long and varied career.      

​

• He’s been an award winning disk jockey on WPKN radio in Bridgeport, CT for over 40 years.      

• In 1980, he was part of a group sponsored by the United Nations to   develop and perform a show about disarmament throughout Canada.      

• For the past 26 years, Zeeto has taught in the Connecticut Public School system (elementary, middle school, high school, college and graduate school levels).      

• Zeeto was a finalist for Westport’s Teacher of the Year.      

• Zeeto is the only person to be named National High School Radio Advisor of the Year more than once.      

 

He started performing as a juggler and magician, but got tired of “tricking” people. So he created a show that celebrates the magic of science and became Zeeto the Bubbleman.
